Healthy breakfast idea: Avocado and egg on cracker


There is just something very satisfying with simple yet healthy meals. This morning, I indulged myself in some avocado and egg on crackers. The ingredients are just so simple to prepare:

1. Cut up an avocado into small bite pieces:


2. Boil two eggs for 5-7 minutes for a soft boil, runny yolk feel:


3. Open up a pack of super seed and grain crackers. I had this pepita and poppy seeed crackers by Carman's, an Australian brand my friend recently gifted to me from her trip there:


4. Assembling the egg and avocado on the cracker is so simple and a no-brainer. Just put them on the cracker and stuff it into your mouth.
